I've been using this plugin for some very basic functions, however, I am pleased with how responsive and professional the support and development teams are.

I needed a custom function to automatically cancel old orders, and they provided me with it fairly quickly and were eager to receive my feedback and make any needed adjustments.

Absolutely best app to make processing orders easier and more efficient. A must have program if you email or manually enter PO's - Even if just some orders.

The Order Automator team and Joe specifically have been fantastic. We used the Order Automator app to add a customers order count to packing slips within the app we use for our packing slips. Whilst this isn't an out of the box feature, Order Automator is fully customisable and after an email to the team, that had this feature sorted for us within a day. They've also guided on other features we want to use and nothing is too much of an ask, would definitely recommend!

This is a must-have app. We got it to help with our fraud detection and prevention, but needed a customization to extend some capabilities within our order processing system and they made the change for us in a day. Wow, support is amazing and the product is amazing and intuitive.

This app is a staple for our store. It's really fantastic for creating structure amongst our orders. Also, the auto fulfillment and notification feature is extremely useful for processing large batches. The OA team is extremely responsible, helpful, and accommodating.

We first started using this app to catch fraud orders and that worked great. We then had to start using it to catch orders using discount codes because our inventory system has a bug. Order Automator is helping us tremendously being able to work around the bug and fix our orders before they push to Quickbooks. Also, customer service is GREAT! Quick and helpful answers.

This app has helped alert us to "express" orders, and notify our staff about specific orders to fulfill in their territories. It is incredibly easy to set-up and the team was extra-attentive to helping with custom features. Highly recommend!

We've had the privilege of using this app for over a year. It easily automates orders between multiple fulfillment services, this includes FBA and Deliverr. The developers are incredibly helpful and easy to reach. We've been able to provide feedback and get certain features implemented upon request. They are continuing to improve the app and roll out new features. For example, the new Order Monitor feature has been able to properly flag and identify any late orders based on our monitoring rules. This has saved us a ton of time and expense on refunding missed orders! This is the best app that anyone needing to manage orders from more than one fulfillment service could ever ask for!
