Order Automator works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle automations based on rules you create. When a new order comes in, Order Automator compares your settings and takes action on the order. You can bulk process old orders. You can also set monitoring actions, for example cancel high risk orders, notify staff of a refund or if an order is X days old and unfulfilled, etc. We're always adding more features + create custom functionality on request.
- Auto tag orders and customers to organize + filter + export for marketing
- Auto fulfill line items (digital products, trigger 3rd party requests, etc)
- Amazon FBA integration in any marketplace to sync inventory + fulfill orders
- Auto send email notifications to vendors or staff based on order conditions
- Prevent fraudulent orders by auto cancelling or getting notified by email

We first started using this app to catch fraud orders and that worked great. We then had to start using it to catch orders using discount codes because our inventory system has a bug. Order Automator is helping us tremendously being able to work around the bug and fix our orders before they push to Quickbooks. Also, customer service is GREAT! Quick and helpful answers.
