Easy interface to create rules + actions to automatically automate tasks and expand your store's functionality. When a new order comes in, Order Automator compares your settings and takes action on the order. You can bulk process old orders and choose different events. You can also set monitoring actions, for example cancel high risk orders, notify staff of a refund or if an order is X days old and unfulfilled, etc. We're always adding more features + create customizations on request.

Order Automator is one of THE most valuable apps I have installed on my shop, which delivers a combination of digital and physical products where every order needs to be handled a little differently. The best way I have found for connecting to Amazon for MCF and it comes with a whole load of other features for automatic how we deal with incoming orders. A really useful toolkit.

This is a fantastic app. Frances was excellent at understanding my needs and helping me automate some of the manual processes for my orders with my suppliers, which require orders to be submitted in CSV.
Out of all the apps and other resources I have been exposed to on Shopify in my e-commerce journey to date, these guys are the best! They are also responsive and always willing to help. I was blown away by Francis and his team when they asked me to explain what I needed, not just shut me down and tell me what I would get or what they wanted to provide me with. I cannot thank them enough!
