Order Automator works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle automations based on rules you create. When a new order comes in, Order Automator compares your settings and takes action on the order. You can bulk process old orders. You can also set monitoring actions, for example cancel high risk orders, notify staff of a refund or if an order is X days old and unfulfilled, etc. We're always adding more features + create custom functionality on request.

We had a few glitches when working with multiple Amazon marketplaces and with SFN locations.
The team was quick to investigate the glitches and respond to yesterday's update.

needed a subtle way to denote first time buyers to better allocate "about us" info into the correct packages and these folks were incredibly responsive in creating a custom solution for us. The app's standard settings wouldn't address our needs, but within a couple of days, they created a custom solution that was exactly what I requested and were super nice and responsive about the whole process. Top notch customer service and a very helpful product!
