About Order IVR Call Verifier

Order Verifier IVR Call app will assist you in​ the reduction of bogus orders. When the order will be placed, an automated IVR call will be received by the customer for verification or cancellation of his/her order. You have full control over App Settings, and Billing Plans.

How does it work?

  • Easy to install, and easy to set up very quickly.
  • Whenever a customer places a new order on your store, the Customer will receive an automated IVR call on the given mobile number.
  • The customer will provide feedback. Based on the feedback, this app will mark a particular order with confirmed or canceled status.
  • In case the customer will not provide the feedback or busy somewhere, order verification will be marked as Pending so that you can take manual action on the order.
