Really great App and excellent support for customization from Mat and the team. Fast response time and a useful App, that is a great addition to our product page.

This does exactly what it says on the tin, which is a big help for my site, and the customer service I got on signing up was amazing. I had set it up wrongly and without prompting they had had a look at it and came back to me with a clear recommendation on how to fix the issue. V impressed!

The app is already pretty fantastic as is without any customization. We saw immediate increases in conversion after installation and have now been using Order Deadline for a couple of months.

Just today we had encountered an issue and contacted Order Deadline support for the first time. Usually when reaching out to shopify app developers, it can take quite some time to get a response. Mat responded right away and solved our problem after exchanging a couple of e-mails.

Incredible app for helping set the correct expectations for customers with delivery times, while also adding urgency. Their customer support is also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to help with issues even when it wasn't directly caused by the app, and ended up being more to do with what our theme developer did.

I can see why this app has only 5 stars. Very nice and many options, particularly like the cart feature. This has really helped us and we were constantly trying to improve how customers see when they get their products, or when they are dispatched. It was also useful to us as we have different products with different lead times. Eg Product A is dispatched the same day when ordered before 1pm. and product B is dispatched the same day when ordered before 12. All this is possible with this app. Top work guys and look forward to any enhancements in the future. Thanks

The app is easy to use and dependable. The only issue is not with the app so much as customers not reading well. We countdown to the day it will SHIP. Customers are constantly reading the word ship as the word delivered (and complain when their package does not arrive the next day). Order Deadline allows all caps and also a second line for further explaining (and that helps a bit). Maybe offering colors would be a nice addition. We would like to make the word SHIPPED red so it really stands out. Great app. and totally worth it!

Awesome app! Order Deadline increased our conversion rate immediately and cut down on customer service time advising customers when they would receive their orders. The "Locations" feature is a superb addition. Easy to set up, excellent and fast support! Highly recommend!

This app is perfect, my store conversion rate increased substantially after displaying the deadlines to customers. It's definitely a must-have. Mat was very kind in resolving the issues I had with set up and now my store is running great!

I have been using this app for a couple of months now and I love it! Offers great customizing options.
Allows my customers to see the shipping date and it allows me to override the default settings on any products or collections if needed, which is useful to me as I have some products that are drop shipped to the customer and that are made to order that takes a longer to ship.
Also allows you to customize the wording to fit your needs.

I have tried a few other apps and this one is by far the BEST!
