The service from customer support I have received from Manoj so far has been exceptional. They go above and beyond to help. We are still a small business and haven't been able to fully test the app itself through customers, but setting it up and back end help we've received has been great. The features available from the get go has been unmatched with other apps. Really happy I found it - Thanks!
