Mobile version is simple terrible! What happened with mobile first?

We’d like to clarify that our app is already free for Partner and Development stores, as clearly mentioned in our pricing plan. Additionally, we offer a 14-day free trial for all users.
According to our records, the app was installed and uninstalled within 2 minutes, and no support request was made during that time. If you had reached out to our support team, we would have been happy to explain the charges and pricing details.
