This app is so helpful.
We use it already for our 2 store.
Customer service is very supportive and they tried to understand what our store needs.
They also support some code configuration.
I would like to recommend using this app if you're looking for delivery and pick up.
This app support some language depends on your storefront.
You can adding your prefer explanation.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for using our app on both of your stores! 😊
We're glad our support team could help with your requirements and code configuration. Your recommendation means a lot to us. If you ever need any assistance, we're always here to help!
Historically this app was great however the customer service via S... Y.... today has been so frustrating and disappointing. She took 5 to 10 minutes for each response then didn't take care to listen to this issue, initially writing as if she understood and then in a later message she clearly had the issue backwards, it's a simple issue that should have had a simple and quick solution. What a shame when a simple team member let's down your whole team, hopefully you can rectify the situation and restore the prior good experience I had with your company!
Thank you for your honest feedback, and we're truly sorry for the frustrating experience you had. This isn't the level of support we aim to provide, and we understand how disappointing it must have been, especially given your previous positive experiences with us.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We've shared your feedback with our team and will use it to improve. If you're willing, please reach out to us for any kind of app support—we'd love the opportunity to make things right and restore your confidence in our support.
The app works exactly as expected. Support was very collaborative in helping implement a feature that felt essential to have, and they resolved any errors quickly and without hassle. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 😊 We’re thrilled to hear that the app is working exactly as expected and that our team could help implement the feature you needed. We’re also glad we could resolve everything quickly and smoothly. Your recommendation truly means a lot to us! ❤️
