We installed this app onto our website to enable our customers to easily pick between normal shipping and Click and Collect. The App support was super helpful and efficient. I recently switched from another service I use for Local Delivery and Pickup options. I used to have to email my issue and wait until the next day to get a reply and read and apply the solution. After swapping services, it's less inexpensive and the service is fantastic! I scheduled a zoom to help get it setup; which I thought they would walk me through it. But NO, they did it for me. The team here is extremely available and helpful! Whenever I need to make changes (which has been a lot!) they are there to help and assist and solve. Setting up sessions is easy, and even when I send emails they reply promptly. I never feel like I have to wait to fix something, which is critical when running a small business. I am not techy at all so this assistance for me has been very helpful and appreciated.
