Been looking for an app with all these features -- finally! It makes our life so much easier, and our customers happier with clear-cut delivery options. Logbase team is also very helpful. I recently switched from another service I use for Local Delivery and Pickup options. I used to have to email my issue and wait until the next day to get a reply and read and apply the solution. After swapping services, it's less inexpensive and the service is fantastic! I scheduled a zoom to help get it setup; which I thought they would walk me through it. But NO, they did it for me. The team here is extremely available and helpful! Whenever I need to make changes (which has been a lot!) they are there to help and assist and solve. Setting up sessions is easy, and even when I send emails they reply promptly. I never feel like I have to wait to fix something, which is critical when running a small business. I am not techy at all so this assistance for me has been very helpful and appreciated.

Perfect app. Just what I'm after. The team were very helpful over a zoom call to go through all of my settings to make sure everything was set up correctly as I had a couple of requests which I didn't know were possible. I'm able to set up different calendars for different products which has been an issue on a previous app. Full stars and can't wait to continue using the app. I've also used the live chat function for another issue and team once again have been very helpful and efficient! Big mention to Dhinakar who helped with a big technical request! Thank you again!

This app was perfect for us when we were doing curbside pickup for the last few years. It saved me so much time by scheduling all the orders. Easy to use. Great customer service when I did have a small issue. They solved it over Zoom. I deleted it as we’re not taking pickup orders now, but I will definitely reinstall this app if we return to pickups or deliveries.
