Very useful app for pickup and delivery times. Only thing to improve is the ability to customise the amount of time per time slot. Support team are friendly and super helpful.

The online customer support service i received while attempting to set up this app was fantastic! There were a couple of small issues i was unsure how to resolve and Siva in customer Care amended for me from their end with my permission.

Our floral & gift store is using this app now to allow customers choose when they would like to receive their orders, by choosing if they want a delivery, or to pick up at the store. We customised the date range and time slot according to our business hours. The interface is user friendly, it's very easy to use as feedback by our friends who have tested out our newly launched website (we shifted from another e-commerce platform to Shopify recently) Installation is hassle free and the only thing we faced was the date picker window got truncated while on mobile mode. Once we wrote in, they replied within 6 minutes and got it fixed, that's just incredible.

After testing out numerous local delivery apps, I found that this one works best for my site. There are lots of customization options and does not slow my site down. The user guides are amazing! I had an issue with removing the app ID from the products but customer service was prompt and fast and was able to walk me through it to fix it. It worked! He was also on standby to do a quick zoom call for further assistance if needed. I am very impressed with this app and highly recommend.

Sudhan from their customer service team was extremely helpful. He was responsive and assisted me with my store needs. Great app for retail stores that need lead time on orders. I suggest this app for anyone looking to set up an e-commerce business. 5 out of 5 stars!

Our store offers a lot of shipping options. Before we discovered this app, the shipping methods page was an absolute mess. I'm thankful for the help I received from Annie and Janani in setting up the app as per my store's requirements- both were very kind, polite and professional, and they understood my requests perfectly. I had no trouble at all understanding them either despite a lot of it being very technical, and I appreciate that the support team's assistance is just a message away.
