Bindu was very helpful! I had around 4 issues I needed help with. Unfortunately, 1 is beyond her control but for the rest of my questions, she was able to answer. Most importantly, she was very thorough and went above in beyond! She answered my questions and was 3 steps ahead in making sure everything is working fine. Great app. Great service. We’ve been using it for at least 2 years. Lately we had some bugs (which was in fact from a compatibility problem with another app) and it was rapidly fixed by the support team! Great job!

Great feature with my Shopify store. Had some small issues getting some things set up but used the chat feature for assistance and they were more than helpful getting everything sorted quickly!
