Great customer service. All questions answered and lots of help in implementing solutions that were effective and targeted to my business.

Updating to say that everyone on this time is incredibly helpful and thorough. I was assisted today (12/20/24) by Janani over Zoom and received direct easy to answer guidance to resolve my issues.

We were very impressed by the level of customer service provided by this app developer. Immediately after installing the app, we were able to have a Zoom meeting with customer service to help us complete the installation. It was a huge timesaver and incredibly helpful. Thanks so much Barath!

Siva is very helpful and competent. I asked for 3 scenarios of shipping rates and he was able to work out a great solution. He is also patient and pleasant. The experience gives me much confidence to continue using Logbase / Pickeasy. Thank you Siva and Logbase.

Before we installed the app I checked all the reviews. For us it was strange all reviews have 5 stars. But we try the app anyway.
Now i can say the guys deserved every single 5 star review.
The support is outstandig and as a Ecommerce Senior Consultant I want to recommend them. Thanks guys

I am consistently incredibly happy with the service from this app. The team are so quick to respond, are very friendly and have been able to resolve any issues I have had very efficiently. This app and the support provided has been amazing. We needed an app that could handle multiple delivery scenarios to work in with our small business. To date all has been achievable! Most of all the ability to set up Zoom calls and discuss our needs and have them attended to live is amazing. Highly recommend the app!

Annie, Subiksha, Janani and Annie helped us with setting up our customized shipping rates, added a new pickup location and also helped us communicate with the Shopify guru to enable some functions.
