I changed to use this app as the previous provider had too many glitches and didn't really assist me to rectify the issue. LogBase provided me with clear instructions when setting up the app to integrate my with my store and then immediately jumped on a zoom call with me to help me with the rest of the issues that I was facing. I highly recommend them and their excellent customer service.

Had some trouble setting up but Annie helped me out in so many ways! She was extremely fast and solved the issues I had even though they were quite complicated. Amazing service.

Simple to set up, includes all the settings you need to accommodate even complicated services and hours (which is important for a lot of restaurants turning to delivery during these times). We are an online cake store and we use this app for our local deliveries and pick up. The app works well and we are happy with it. The most important part is the customer service. The support team has been invaluable to us from helping with the set up and fixing any minor issues. They have a Zoom service, where you can book a meeting and speak to someone on their team and they help you right then and there. The customer service is outstanding.

I recently upgraded this app and am very happy I did. The option to have different lead times for my products is exactly what I needed. I needed some help to set it up correctly and the support people were amazing and very quick to respond. I was able to customize this app to fit my specific needs.
