This is a great app if you don't want to be in full control of your food business and not use any delivery service just yet. It was glitching at first and wasn't showing up for customers until they refreshed two times. However, I asked them to fix it and they did.

Pickeasy solved a very critical need for our website and most of the setup was very easy. I was able to schedule for help with some questions I had and Sudhan Ravi went above and beyond to help me with all of the technical questions that I have. I definitely recommend this solution to anyone needing to customize their local delivery service :)
Janani helped me solve an issue with the calendar disppearing very easily and quickly. Software does what I need it to do.

Janani did a great job. Fantastic support experience and configure PickEasy to work perfectly with ShipEasy. In fact, Shopify support told us that we could not setup ShipEasy and PickEasy for CCI API and had to select one. But she proved them wrong and got it to work.

First day installing and finding my way around has been great - with Barath's help and quick understanding to show me how to orientate myself. Looking forward to seeing how it improves my workflow, thank you. I'm not certain it will be suitable for me as I need to restrict item orders by day, which it can't currently help with, but I will see how I get on as the other improvements are really beneficial.
The support team was great and really helped us out. They provided the solution we needed, and their guidance made a big difference in improving the app. Everything worked smoothly thanks to their quick response. I definitely recommend their service!
