I did a ton of research on IN-STORE pick up apps and this one is fantastic! The support is timely, helpful and easily accessible. I actually reached out twice and got hands on installation help, plus all of my questions answered. The first time my website wasn't ready to be launched so I didn't end up installing the APP. The second time (today) I made sure my site was ready and I reached back out and got all the help i needed including a few customizations that made my site gorgeous! Thank you Sudhan! Everyone is great but Siva was AMAZING! He was patient and beyond helpful. I would have deleted the app if it wasn't for him. He was able to customize the app to get it to work for what we needed to do. I've never experienced support this great before.

We needed an app to allow customers to select a collection day for our online garden centre. With the help of Kumar (who was there to help very quickly, even on a Sunday), we have been able to adapt this app to exactly what we need. Every question and change we've needed to make has been answered very quickly. Definitely recommend this app.
