Standout customer service -- they were incredibly responsive, timely, and helpful in getting the app integrated with our site. I was able to schedule a virtual meeting same-day for them to do some back-end work to ensure everything worked properly. Highly recommend, not just for the app (it does exactly what we need!), but also for the customer service support.

Janani was brilliant who I spoke to over zoom was very helpful in helping me get setup. The app is easy to use and very functional. Highly reccomend.

App is perfect & wonderful for my shop to manage our deliveries slots available to customers. Previously I was using a much more expensive app & Logbase can do what it could do & much more. Customer service team at Logbase is also top-notch always replying almost instantly & resolving my issues within the day itself. The other app I always had to wait hours just to talk to someone.
