Great feature with my Shopify store. Had some small issues getting some things set up but used the chat feature for assistance and they were more than helpful getting everything sorted quickly!

Great app. Great service. We’ve been using it for at least 2 years. Lately we had some bugs (which was in fact from a compatibility problem with another app) and it was rapidly fixed by the support team! Great job!

I am very happy that I picked PickEasy for our on-site appointment scheduler. We have a very unique business and the customization capabilities and the easy of updating our availability for pickup has been immensely valuable to our business. Unlike with Shopify, the Customer Support is very responsive and helpful. Using the chat feature I can count on a quick resolution to any issue I may have.

A very useful and easy to use app to allow customers to choose pick ups days/times. Time slots can be as open or very narrow depending on what's needed.
Support is super quick to respond and help with or fix any issues.
