Great customer service. All questions answered and lots of help in implementing solutions that were effective and targeted to my business.
Updating to say that everyone on this time is incredibly helpful and thorough. I was assisted today (12/20/24) by Janani over Zoom and received direct easy to answer guidance to resolve my issues.
Subi is excellent. She has assisted me twice and helped with my questions immediately & identified the issues. Not only that she made sure that everything is in proper before handing everything back. Appreciate and thank you!

I had some initial teething issues with the app (my end as i dont understand liquid as a code) Within afew hours I had a zoom meeting set up, shared my screen and the customer service representative solved them all within the space of 20 minutes. Polite, informative and most importantly very secure when it came to privacy. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 for the app's functionality!
