Pickup Delivery Date —Pickeasy

Dhina, was AMAZING! I'd been using another app for our delivery and pickup schedule, but ran into some issues. After requesting live support but only being met with "help guides" I decided to find another app to take over. From the time I got on the zoom with Dhina, I explained my companies issues and he got right to work. Thats what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Dhina for getting my shop back up and running like it should be.

I had an issue to figure out some same day slot availability from Pickeasy App, I clicked to help chat and got connected to Manaz and he sat with me on zoom call and helped to solve the problem immediately! So proffessional and customer centric experience.

Worked well... and then the app widget stopped showing in cart... it was related with the theme 'Local' but support fixed it.

Reached out to Subiksha with a problem I was facing with the app, while the problem was not immediately resolved in the call due to it being a more niche problem, she was proactive in listening to the exact issue and mentioned that she will take it back to the team for propose a solution .

First time user of Pickup. I chose this app after I tried another one that I found clunky and difficult to set up. More importantly, Pickup offered a live video assistance and that's what really help me get set up and get going. During the 1-1 video meeting, I worked with Manaz and not only did he patiently walk me through setting up the app with all my delivery/shipping/pickup options, he also proactively helped fix some bugs in the system that he knew about (like something not loading properly on the slide out cart page). Additionally, Manaz gave me a bit more of his time and helped me customize a few small but very important details of the checkout process to make it clear and seamless for my customers. I'm excited to use this app to increase sales! Thank you so much Manaz for all your amazing support and patient help!
