Their App works great and has a ton of flexibility to it. Dare I say it is likely the best pickup and delivery app available on the Shopify store. Support is always top notch. Instead of just having the option for support via email or support ticket, these guys also allow you to request support via Zoom. Best service I have received out of all the Shopify App teams I have worked with.
This app is excellent! It's exactly what we needed to compete with other major food ordering platforms. We were able to split our our products offering for pick up or delivery, allow customers to choose their preferred dates and times, black out certain days the courier won't pick up, and allow for 1 hour slot windows for pick up and collection. This is a game changer if you run a hybrid business model for fulfilment. I HIGHLY recommend! Plus the support is excellent - issues resolved in minutes not days.

I used the In Store Pickup Local Delivery app by LogBase and it does exactly as promised. On top they offer excellent and quick customer support!
Great app! The guide is very clear and easy to set up. They are also available for zoom chats to help with the set up what a great bonus.
The app is easy to install and great for those looking for precision scheduling. On top of that, the LogBase customer service was awesome.

I have used a lot of Shopify app and my experience with their support has been always OK, but the support from this app is on whole another level. If your store does local delivery and pick up this is my No. 1 must-have app. I Highly recommended it!
