The customer service response is quick and they are patient and thorough. Annie fixed my issue and helped me configure something to better work for me. Very happy with customer service!
The app is intuitive and easy to use but I still had to contact support on some stuff. Pick-up customers are also asked to enable their location services which seems like an unnecessary step for a pick-up customer.
For those reasons I give the app 4 stars, but the customer service is a 10.

This app is just what I need to automate the pick-up/local delivery scheduling for my small business. I have tried a few different related apps, and none of them provide the utmost helpful customer support that LogBase's app does. Thank you to Raj for being so available, helpful, and dedicated to assisting with launching my store!

Before I review this app I would like to give a shout out to the tech(Padma) that got on zoom with me and helped me set everything up! WOW. I have never had customer service like this in my life. She took care of everything I asked for and found several other things that could improve the app/customer experience that I didn't even think to ask. I would give this customer service experience 10 stars. This app is everything I was looking for. It offers all the variants for my local business: local delivery, local pick-up, and the many time slots and windows and cut-off times that I needed. I highly recommend this app to biz owners that handle all their own deliveries and pick ups.

Have been looking for a while to find an app that would service our needs and thanks to Kavishan (and his patience) it seems like we finally found the app we were looking for to manage various delivery, pick up and order rules we implement to cover our regular and peak selling seasons. This app is fantastic for my bakery business, allowing me to let customers choose their option for getting their product with ease (collection, delivery and shipping). The support team is absolutely phenomenal and has helped me with every issue I have had and have fixed it quicker than they said they would. I would say this app is only second to the customer support they offer!

Sid was very helpful and had a wonderful meeting in which he walk me through all the requires setup for the app. He is the best, give him a raise and take care of such hardworking employee. I want him to join me in future help or meetings.

We are just getting started with this app, and I am already impressed. They offer a zoom call to help you get it all set up. Sudhan was great! He was able to show me how to get it exactly the way we wanted. It has more features, is easy to use, and is less expensive than other apps. So far, I highly recommend it.
