Sudhan is a kick-ass helper! He helped set up my Delivery rates and delivery conditions, accessed my computer using zoom calls, and walked me through every part of the process. Very helpful. Even when I couldn't do things, he allowed me to sit back and watch him set up each scenario on my page.

App is well made and fairly intuitive. There was one small issue, and customer service came in and fixed the issue within no time. Annie was great! Highly recommended!

We have just begun allowing customers to use the app but we have finished up testing. It functions exactly how we would like, there were a few minor tweaks that we wanted to make (mostly cosmetic) and support was extremely quick and helpful, they even assisted with a web issue we were having completely unrelated to the app!

This App is very rich in features, everything we needed for our online restaurant and more. It seemed complicated at the beginning but we clicked on the support/chat button and honestly, their support team was the best support I ever dealt with with any company in the past. They sent a zoom invite, shared the screen, did the demo, and installed and setup everything for us in a very quick and short time and professional manners.
Highly Recommend.

I just started using the app. Kumar helped me to set it up for my store. I have a particular need which is offering Delivery and Pick up ONLY for certain products. Even though this case is no that easy, Kumar helped me with a turnaround, that solves the solution (but not the ideal solution, which will be being able to deactivate the slot selector for SERVICES, which don't need any delivery. This tag exists already in Shopify)
