All team members are very professional. Reply super fast!! All my messages were replied immediately. I am having an issue with local delivery and pick up issue with my website. Tried few apps. All of them are not the one fit my store need. This APP have all I need. Their team help me to set up the setting to meet exactly what I need. I had a great zoom meeting with Sudhan, he helped all the set ups. Highly recommend the company and their APP.

Exactly the tool my In-Store pickup only bakery needs. CUstomer service from Annie was excellent and she walked me through all settings expertly!

This is the only few apps that can settle my issues with the different delivery locations and different options. I am surprised but they are fabulous! the Zoom call went on for 45mins + 45 mins + 45 mins. I did not stop telling my friends of this app's service! its really what service is about!.

Great app, it has allowed me to carefully control all aspects of shipping, combined with the local delivery and collection app. We are now able to ship uk wide based on product criteria with varying shipping charges which will be game-changer. It has taken a few days to get to grips with the apps and how they work, they are quite detailed and offer the ability to set whichever scenario and parameter you require which is just what we needed. Being a small business, this will be very beneficial for us as it allows us to compete with other companies. I have had two zoom meetings with support who have been extremely helpful and quickly resolved some slight issues that were a result of me not quite setting up correctly and their knowledgeable staff are happy to ensure you are getting what you need from the app. All in all very happy thanks guys
