This app is the only way I am able to run a flower shop and properly manage pickup/delivery options on this platform. Support is extremely helpful and fast. Highly recommended.

Pickeasy is an app that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is very customisable and has the basic features we require.
Two times I've run into issues and both times the issue was resolved within 12 hours.
Note that the app language is not the same as the language on the website. It is possible to make your own translations to other languages.

Wonderful customer service with very qualified technicians. They even helped me customize emails to the clients after fixing what I called about.
There are limitations to Shopify's interface with their app, which is hard to work around, but they helped me with the best possible solution.

We have been using this app for our business for over a year now and it has been great. The support team is super responsive if an issue ever comes up. Highly recommend this if you are looking for an app that can process order pickup at multiple sites!
