This App helped me out sooo much! The customer service team was excellent and help me install it and customize it to my exact needs. I was so happy with Raj, he is extremely knowledgable, and skilled--he helped me with my very specific issues and I was able to get one on one help within a few hours of my request. Highly recommend.

I use this app to ensure customers schedule a pick up date and time. They must select a slot before being able to pay for the order. I haven't used it long enough yet to say for certain yet how good (or not good) it is, but so far I would give it a 4 star. I don't find it to be the greatest in being user friendly, but it's pretty good. Also, I have encountered a few hiccups already, but the support team has been great - I would give them a 5 star.

Great support by Rahul! Everything is up and running fast. Could be a little bit more intuitive from the start, but the support is great.

This app is perfect for our needs! We appreciate the customizability as we have certain products that are eligible for local delivery or pickup, but not shipping. We were able to set a local delivery radius, and customize our order confirmation email as well to include the pickup/delivery time details. The support has been so helpful and is extremely responsive through their live chat. I've been on Zoom calls for hours with their team and they don't stop until whatever I need is taken care of! Would highly recommend!
