Setup a zoom call with Manaz and he was great in helping me setup the PickEasy app with my Shopify store. He even helped me fix some layout issues to line up the checkout page. Very helpful support and highly recommend. Thanks Manaz

very useful app, specially for a food service business where items have different fulfilment type

It is really helpful to have orders scheduled. However the app is buggy, whenever a customer changes the quantity, the pickeasy option disappears and therefore unable to schedule it.

Also, if an order is coming through Shop it will not take work with pickeasy. Otherwise I would have given a 5 stars.

Excellent Customer Support !! I had a wierd issue come up and contacted support via chat. It was a code issue and cleaned up in less than 5 minutes. Total support call time in chat was about 15 minutes total. Color me impressed.

UPDATE: I had to call again, and Jenifer helped me this time. These folks are just amazing.
