Sudhan ravi helped me rearrange my store pick-up times because I had to change my hours for Thanksgiving. In less than 10 minutes my store was ready to take holiday sale orders. I could not have done it without him!
Siva & Subi were outstanding in their help with some issues I was having in changing shipping navigation and functions on our site. These guys were so so patient and helpful. they really went above and beyond.

I am very happy that I picked PickEasy for our on-site appointment scheduler. We have a very unique business and the customization capabilities and the easy of updating our availability for pickup has been immensely valuable to our business. Unlike with Shopify, the Customer Support is very responsive and helpful. Using the chat feature I can count on a quick resolution to any issue I may have.
It is really helpful to have orders scheduled. However the app is buggy, whenever a customer changes the quantity, the pickeasy option disappears and therefore unable to schedule it.
Also, if an order is coming through Shop it will not take work with pickeasy. Otherwise I would have given a 5 stars.
Great app. Great service. We’ve been using it for at least 2 years. Lately we had some bugs (which was in fact from a compatibility problem with another app) and it was rapidly fixed by the support team! Great job!

Great feature with my Shopify store. Had some small issues getting some things set up but used the chat feature for assistance and they were more than helpful getting everything sorted quickly!

Bindu was very helpful! I had around 4 issues I needed help with. Unfortunately, 1 is beyond her control but for the rest of my questions, she was able to answer. Most importantly, she was very thorough and went above in beyond! She answered my questions and was 3 steps ahead in making sure everything is working fine. She was able to anticipate future needs and made it right for me immediately. Thank you so much!
