Very user friendly, and when I needed help with some more customization they hopped on the zoom call to help get it done! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I'm using the base version and this does exactly what I need since our business is exclusively pickup and delivery. Their online chat help is quick and helped resolve some initial setup issues I was experiencing. They also took the time to setup my timeslots, review all my settings and suggested some tips for better user experience. I spent alot of time with other Apps that didn't work the way I wanted and never heard back from their support. This App and service rocks! Thanks LogBase to getting my online store up and running!

This app has the best and quickest helpdesk! Whenever I have a question the respond right away and fix whatever issue I have.

We're using this app for our food and beverage client and the entire app is seamless and intuitive. We've not had any issues in the lifetime of our use and whenever I have a question or product feature suggestion the customer service team is amazing at answering these and going the extra mile to code a solution to make our store run the best it can. Can't thank the customer service team enough for their expertise. Trying out their new upsell app as well I'll post a review when I get some time with it but they have been extremely helpful in the set-up and explanation of features there
