I reached out to customer support about an issue I was having with my online store with the date/time picker. The lady who helped me was able to go in the backend of the store and override some issues in order for it to work again. My store is back to normal again, and it was all with the great customer service support I received. Thank you so much!

I changed to use this app as the previous provider had too many glitches and didn't really assist me to rectify the issue. LogBase provided me with clear instructions when setting up the app to integrate my with my store and then immediately jumped on a zoom call with me to help me with the rest of the issues that I was facing. I highly recommend them and their excellent customer service.

Excellent, flexible app! Simple to set up, includes all the settings you need to accommodate even complicated services and hours (which is important for a lot of restaurants turning to delivery during these times). Technical assistance is second to none - the developers are always available through chat, offer quick and helpful assistance. Highly recommend for any restaurant looking to pivot their business to offer delivery and pick-up.
