Despite multiple attempts to contact the team via the provided email, there has been no response to my query. Every time I contact support via chat, they have no clue about my query or the email I have sent. The prompt to leave a 5-star review immediately after the initial meeting raises concerns about the authenticity of the reviews displayed.
