Pickup Delivery Date —Pickeasy

Tried another delivery/pick up app which was just okay. Decided to give this one a shot and let me tell you ... SO GLAD I TRIED THIS ONE! It literally does everything I need including different prep times for different products. It was pretty simple to get going, I just needed a couple of tweaks which support got done extremely fast. They knew and understood what I was talking about, fixed it in almost real time. This is the type of support I'm talking about!!!

Customer service makes navigating this app SMOOTH sailing. Best to meet on Zoom and spend a little time on your issue and they will share screen and show you exactly how to get from point A to B and then again from point B-D :). Thank you for todays help!
Some improvements to consider: The Calendar and the charge at Checkout aren't cohesive...for example the same customer in one zip code can select a time that isn't offered to them...it shouldn't show a specific time to the zip code if the zip code doesn't offer it at checkout.
There are a few more little things like this I'd like to submit for review...but overall, it does get the job done.

After testing out numerous local delivery apps, I found that this one works best for my site. There are lots of customization options and does not slow my site down. The user guides are amazing! I had an issue with removing the app ID from the products but customer service was prompt and fast and was able to walk me through it to fix it. It worked! He was also on standby to do a quick zoom call for further assistance if needed. I am very impressed with this app and highly recommend.

I will provide more information about my review in few days, but I have to say how satisfied I feel with the service provided by Dhinakar, the role he has take is like a success product manager and even more. Thanks for having such a great app! We are still developing our site so if I find anything wrong I might update my review but for now everything is great. I really love this app! It's super important for our Shopify store and helps us run our business. The app works perfectly, and the people who support the app are fantastic! I made some mistakes, but they helped me fix them quickly. I think everyone should use this app. It's very helpful and has great customer service!
