I had a small requirement and I wrote to them through chat and they answered immediately. They were very kind and helped me, and my requirement was solved after 24 hours. I recommend them, the app is excellent. I definitely recommend this app

Gold standard customer service - even over the Xmas period which is phenomenal! The only negative is that it’s not as intuitive as we’d like for the DIY set up
