BEST APP FOR ETSY AND SHOPIFY INTEGRATION. Incredible tool. Practically the only effective way I have found outside of hiring a web developer to build my own API integration or using very expensive iPaaS services to bring Etsy orders onto Shopify for fulfillment through Shopify apps. Super easy to set up, great customer service.
We can't say enough good things about the Order Desk team and app. We've been using it for several years with our previous shopping cart, and now with Shopify. When we first started using Order Desk, we had tried other apps and none of them could meet our needs. Order Desk made it happen. Now, I couldn't imagine running our store without this app. The migration to Shopify has required some changes, and no matter how many questions we have or how much assistance we need, the fantastic Order Desk team has been immediately responsive, helping us find a solution every time. Very happy!
Everyone in Order desk team is superhelpful and without them we wouldnt have done a great start on 2023. Pretty easy step-by-step with them as help, everything is superb. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Order Desk. Besides the fact it was super easy to get up and running and integrate with Shopify, the team was immediately responsive to all of our requests. Each time we needed help, they were there and willing.
My team also needed a lot of specialty rules created, and I found that very intuitive and simple as well in the rules engine they have setup.
I can't recommend them enough.
PROS
1. We've been using Order Desk for 4 years. Functionally, works well.
2. Their support is very attentive to any issues and responds back quickly with good quality responses.
CONS
1. They double bill us hundreds of dollars a year. We import thousands of orders from our print-on-demand customers. The flow is such that it goes to one 'store' and then needs to be copied to a 'main store'. This doubles the amount of orders and doubles the amount Order Desk charges us. Their support says there is no other way. At this point, switching over all our customers to another platform would be very expensive in time and money. I wish we knew this from the start.
2. Their support wont do the actual setup steps for you. On complex flows with hundreds of customers, you have to do it while they hold your hand.

To echo our discussion via email, the way that you use Order Desk requires multiple instances of yours orders to exist. To ensure that each order is properly stored and insured, we charge a small fee for each order, whether or not it’s a copy of an existing one from another store.

Over the years we have tried to use a lot of apps and dealt with quite a few companies, and never have we had an experience like this. The personal service, customized to our needs was unparalleled. We have never seen a company that was so readily accessible, responsive, and eager to think outside the box to help us achieve our goals. This app is absolutely amazing. Actually, it is not only the app. It is customer service. Nowadays, you have tons of apps to choose from, and in my opinion, what makes the difference is the support. Order Desk offers an OUTSTANDING customer service, and everyone in the team goes the way and beyond trying to help and accommodate your needs. I was terrified to change connectors as we have a quite complicated operation, and we deal with several different marketplaces other than Shopify, but they surpassed our expectations. The fact they did not offer phone support was the reason why I almost did not go with them, but I decided to give it a try, and honestly, their email support is one of the most efficient and fast supports I have experienced, so I am delighted. Highly Recommend!!!

I wish I'd found Order Desk 2 years ago! The customization and level automation possible is saving so much time, and removing the possibility of human error in a lot of repetitive processes.
Each time I've reached out to support with questions about getting everything set up, their responses have been prompt and incredibly helpful.

Orderdesk is awesome if you have multiple methods of dispatching products to customers. The rules allow you to route orders to various dropshipping suppliers or to your distributors. Great App!
Even though this app didn't met our specific needs I am so impressed with the developers customer service that I would recommend giving Order Desk a go. They are extremely reputable and fair to deal. I am very appreciative of your response & customer service. Well done guys!
