Our address issues have gone to virtually 0! Previously we had MANY customers emailing us about address issues. Now they are taking care of it themselves. And, despite very little effort from us, we are also seeing customers edit orders themselves and add additional product to their orders. Support has been helpful. Glad to be using this app!

Order editing has saved us an insane amount of time and customers made use of it the same day we installed it.

The team can focus more time on processing orders rather than small requests from customers when they want to change order details/items.

Customers have also made use of the upsell feature (putting more cash in our pocket with 0 effort).

Every Shopify website should be using Order Editing. Simple as.

Our biggest pain point in customer service was customers blaming incorrect addresses and wrong item colors, despite multiple confirmation prompts during the order process. After implementing order editing, with exceptional support from Hamish and his team, this issue has almost completely disappeared. They seamlessly integrated the system with our 3PL and Shopify, ensuring everything worked perfectly from the start. Additionally, the ability to add upsells has generated thousands of dollars for our business within the first week alone. I can’t recommend this app enough!

A no brainer add to our storefront and customer experience. SaaS doesn’t always come with the ~service~ after you’ve installed or signed on. The Order Editing crew goes above and beyond. They’ve been super helpful in making sure we could find a configuration that worked with our ERP.

Order Editing is a no brainer! It has saved our customer service team countless hours, allowed us to increase revenue on post-purchase upsells and was very easily to install and be onboarded.

We've seen a tremendous decrease in customer support tickets since installing this app on our store. As site mainly used by customers for gift giving, we were running into many issues with customers accidentally shipping to themselves. Order Editing has helped with this problem. And we've seen great improvement with post purchase upsells too. Even better than the app is the truly extraordinary customer service. From scouting this app to installation to follow up, Hamish and Kiril have been incredibly helpful, responsive and personable. Highly recommend!

We have been using the OrderEditing app for quite some time now and I have nothing but positive things to say! It has saved us 100s of CS hours and also improved the customer experience a lot!

It took us a year to make the decision, but we finally did and it's been fantastic. Incredible onboarding experience (the team responds at all times of day and would fix any problems within minutes). Tickets have been down, more customers are happier. It's great!
