This app is so helpful in reducing support tickets related to cancelling order, editing incorrect addresses, or last minute decisions to add more products. Hamish and Karil are extremely responsive if any questions or issues arise. Would highly recommend this app.

This app is amazing and saves a ton of time and effort. We wanted to find a way to streamline our customer support process ahead of launching our new store and found this by chance. Onboarding was a breeze. Initially there were some bugs, but Hamish and team managed to iron those out fairly quickly. It's easy to utilise and reduce support tickets.
