Letting customers edit their own orders instead of creating a support ticket is the biggest no-brainer. This app saves us so much precious time. The ability to upsell customers a few hours after purchase is the cherry on top. It's super easy to set up too.

So grateful for the great minds behind this app. It used to be a real pain to address last-minute changes in orders or mistakes in delivery addresses. Order Editing is a no-brainer. Has been hugely helpful to give customers self-serve access to their order after checkout, and reduce the associated CX workload. Kiera and Hamish have been super fast at implementing feedback and creating a tailored solution to meet our needs and particular WMS set-up. Highly recommend to brands of all sizes.

Support team is quick to render any assistance required. This app allows customers to edit their orders on their own and this cuts down the manual admin process time. Will recommend

This app is amazing and saves a ton of time and effort. We wanted to find a way to streamline our customer support process ahead of launching our new store and found this by chance.
