Support team is quick to render any assistance required. This app allows customers to edit their orders on their own and this cuts down the manual admin process time. Will recommend

This app is amazing and saves a ton of time and effort. We wanted to find a way to streamline our customer support process ahead of launching our new store and found this by chance. It's a clear, super accessible and elegant solution that allows our customers to edit their orders and provides us with an extra upsell opportunity. Such a no-brainer! We went from receiving hundreds of customer support emails a week to only a handful, this app literally self-services almost every request straight from our order status page. Our customer satisfaction is through the roof. Special thanks to Keira and Hamish for seamlessly integrating with our warehouse management software - very excited to turn this into an upselling machine next!
