This app is a must have and creates a win/win where customers can easily change their errors and update order details, without the need to contact your customer support. The developers go above and beyond and we had a few initial challenges which they addressed swiftly.

Great support from Kiril and Hamish on getting the app implemented and onboarding. They were really quick on getting issue resolved and responsive on all our queries even with the time difference.

We just got the app, I will update this review if issues arise but I must say. THIS APP IS A MUST, it will save you so many CS emails / live chats etc. Hamish is a good guy, I really wish him and this company the best. I am sad though shopify doesn't have the brains to do something like this. 10/10 GOATED WITH THE SAUCE
