This app would be great if it actually worked. We had multiple customers cancel their orders and have it NOT come through on the back end, so we shipped the orders anyway. I reached out to customer support and was told it was fixed, only to have it happen again.
This has cost us hundreds of dollars in product that isn't returned to us, and the cost of shipping/returns for the customers that DID return it.
I don't trust that any part of this app is working.
Hi Sara, It's Hamish - the founder. I'm sorry that we failed to cancel orders in Shopify for you.
It's our responsibility to make sure your app is setup correctly. Worse still we had every opportunity to when you contacted us. The team and I let you down and that's crushing.
I'm hoping you get back in touch so we can reimburse you for your losses in full.
I'm proud to share we have just hired a Merchant Success Manager to ensure this never happens again.
