Order Editing is a no-brainer. Has been hugely helpful to give customers self-serve access to their order after checkout, and reduce the associated CX workload. This app is amazing and saves a ton of time and effort. We wanted to find a way to streamline our customer support process ahead of launching our new store and found this by chance. Order Editing not only saved us thousands of dollars in support costs, it grew our average order value too. Hamish and Keira easily integrated with our 3PL and put our customer portal in all Shopify emails and like night and day we never received an order change request. The founders also created an upsell email automation that saw us offering discounts on a second or third item hours after purchase, customers paid for the extra item and it was added to the original order. WAY too easy!
