We switched to this app from Cleverific and i'm so glad we did - it contains a lot more features, looks great aesthetically on the thank you page and saves a ton of time in reducing customer support tickets - especially adding discount codes and extra items post purchase. Support is amazing with Jacques giving me an individual online training session and then patiently answering all my questions after that. Highly recommended!
Jacques was extremely helpful and proactive. Order Editing has had a huge impact on the amount of customer service enquiries coming through, and we've had great feedback from our customers who love being able to update their order themselves when they've made a mistake or they want to add more products. We've also had great results with the upsell component which has been fantastic.
I hit a few bumps early on during the integration, but the team, especially Pauly, has been super helpful throughout. I'm really excited about this app and hope it helps cut down on address and order issues for our customers.

Saves customer service alot of time! And customers love it
Our product lead discovered Order Editing through shopping on a site that had it, and immediately thought - "WOW! I'd love to have that on our site." We investigated other apps with similar features, but Order Editing was the standout best. We had a very smooth onboarding process with Lachie and Jacques right before BFCM and this tool reduced our CX contacts for address errors, order cancellations etc. by a massive amount. If you're considering this app, we definitely recommend you give it a try!
