Order Editing does what it says on the tin, allowing customers to correct and amend errors in the shipping address, cancel their orders if they need to, add or remove products. Also it works with our 3PL integration even though the 3PL software pulls our orders the moment they are placed (by delaying the order on our side not the WMS side if you're wondering how). That would be enough. However it also then pays for itself many times over by enabling post-purchase upsells. Upsells which do not reduce conversion rate! And if that were not enough, if you're on the Plus plan as we are then you get direct slack access to the app developers who are incredibly helpful and responsive and who somehow manage to cover all timezones among their small team! Well done OE team you've created an app that solves a customer pain point while paying for itself

I’ve been using Order Editing now for several months, and it has completely transformed how we manage post-purchase changes. 110/10 customer service. Extremely friendly, prompt, kind and helpful. Application is easy once you get the hang of it. But when you need assistance, they're on it right away and respond within the day and usually fix it for you if they have the permissions. Do recommend.
