We've been using the app for a couple of months now, the team were really helpful and hands-on on getting us set up and since then are happy to help us tweak the settings to perfect the service this app offers for our customers.

Customers are able to easily edit their address for a short period after they place the order, and even add new products.

It's been really great so far.

While we have not yet been able to utilize any of the upsell features (due to our own system limitations) I would highly recommend this app for the order editing features. What sets Order Editing apart from similar apps in the market place is that they expose so much via Shopify Flow, enabling many customization options for the merchant. The Order Editing team are also top-notch and dedicated to ensuring success for their users.
