Herausragender Support, aber noch kleine technische Baustellen
Ich vergebe solide 4 Sterne für die ySync Order Export App. Auch wenn technisch im Hintergrund noch nicht alles zu 100 % sauber läuft, macht das Team das definitiv wieder wett. Ich bin mit dem Kundenservice wirklich sehr zufrieden – hier wird einem immer schnell und zuverlässig geholfen!
Für die Zukunft gibt es allerdings noch ein paar Punkte, die meiner Meinung nach weiter ausgebaut oder verbessert werden sollten:
Support-Kanal: Es wäre super, wenn der Kundenservice wieder via Live-Chat erreichbar wäre. Das ist im E-Commerce-Alltag einfach deutlich effizienter und angenehmer als das aktuelle E-Mail-Ticket-System.
Order Previews: Die Vorschau der einzelnen Bestellungen könnte noch etwas transparenter und übersichtlicher gestaltet werden.
Queued Jobs: Es fehlt aktuell ein wenig an Transparenz bei den Hintergrundprozessen. Es wäre extrem hilfreich, genauer nachvollziehen zu können, welche Jobs gerade in der Warteschlange hängen oder verarbeitet werden.
Fazit: Eine sehr nützliche App mit einem engagierten Team dahinter. Wenn an den genannten Punkten noch etwas gefeilt wird, gibt es beim nächsten Mal gerne die vollen 5 Sterne!

It is not a reliable source for downloading data.
We sincerely apologise for this issue. We hope to gain a better understanding to improve it further. From the logs, there is a high number of orders downloaded successfully daily. And the app is set up to automatically send orders to email. Do contact support so we can help you further.
We used Order Export along with Stock Sync for a complex Turn 14 integration. Huge thanks to Rahul for his outstanding, personalized customer support throughout the whole process, and to the development team for building exactly the custom solution we needed. Highly recommended!

Terrible support. App has issues and these dummies only work in the middle of the night so you can’t contact them. They constantly change things and cause issues with the software. DO NOT rely on this software to work.

Good app and great support service
Used to work really well. Now you can't install it, have to enter your store name each time and then it doesn't download any reports. So frustrating since it used to work really really well.

Literally does everything we need it to. We've had issues with exporting orders via the standard Shopify method for months and finally decided to take a look at a plugin.
This one is not only easy to use, but the support team have gone out of their way to amend the plugin to suit our needs.
