The automation makes it vey easy to manage outgoing requests and for our suppliers to update order statuses. Would like to have the packing slips match the format and branding of the ones produced by the store.

This app, while somewhat complicated to set up is a great help to our company. I recommend setting up a call with the company so they can help iron out any issues -- very helpful customer service!
