Die App synct meine Produkte zwischen zwei Shopify-Stores und sendet die Bestellungen an zwei verschiedene Lagerhäuser. Klappt alles sehr gut.

We have partners that sell selections of our products on their own Shopify stores. Order Fulfillment Guru has been a great tool that allows these partners to send us their orders into our Shopify account for shipping as well as sync product inventory. The Order Fulfillment Guru system is easy to use, and their customer support is very responsive for any questions.

I've been using this app for the past few months and it's been a breeze. It was very easy to install and sync stores. The team are quick to respond and provide support and solutions, great experience so far!

Order Fulfillment Guru simplifies our process of submitting fulfillment requests to multiple suppliers. Its straightforward setup and robust features enabled a smooth integration with our existing workflow. The support team is highly responsive and provides excellent assistance.

We have been using OFG for a 2+ years, it's changed our business model.. Yes we have our own warehouse full of stock, but the ability to dropship a range of product seamlessly from suppliers warehouse. Well that's great for sales and cashflow!! Kevin and the support team are excellent, quick replies, exact knowledge answers, its 100% want you want!

This app is the backbone of our multi location fulfilment business. It is also the only solution I found that enabled Shopify Managed Markets to work with custom locations, but is suitable for all Shopify plans.
It is HIGHLY configurable and will without any doubt meet your routing and fulfilment needs.
Support is extremely fast and responsive.
I cannot recommend it highly enough.

After running the app with some updates from OFG the app seems to be running much better with inventory syncing. There are still minor things, however the major issues seem to be resolving.

After over a year of working with Kevin they have made some updates to the app, while there still seems to be inventory syncing issues, the app may be on the mend.

We have been using the Order Fulfillment Guru app on Shopify for over a year now, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but problematic. The primary issue we've encountered is that the app fails to update inventory levels accurately and promptly. When inventory updates do occur, it can take days for the changes to reflect in the system, which significantly affects our ability to manage orders efficiently and maintain accurate stock levels.

Even more frustrating is the lack of support from the app's team. We've reached out multiple times, but we seem to be constantly bounced around with no clear explanation or resolution. Each time, we're given generic responses and asked to perform the same troubleshooting steps, but nothing ever truly resolves the issue. It feels like we're getting the runaround, and it’s difficult to rely on a service that doesn't provide clear or effective support.

Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the Order Fulfillment Guru app. For a business that relies on smooth and timely order fulfillment, this app has caused nothing but headaches. We hope the developers can improve both the functionality and the customer service, but as of now, we cannot recommend it to others.
