We have been using OFG for a 2+ years, it's changed our business model.. Yes we have our own warehouse full of stock, but the ability to dropship a range of product seamlessly from suppliers warehouse. Well that's great for sales and cashflow!! Kevin and the support team are excellent, quick replies, exact knowledge answers, its 100% want you want!

I highly recommend this app for order routing. This app is easily configurable and sophisticated enough to support our complicated order routing rules. The app allows us to pick and choose which warehouse we want to use based on countries, states, shipping methods, order tags and etc. If we don't have all products available from one warehouse, it can split the order among multiple warehouses.

Tech support is very helpful. The team has a lot of knowledge and always able to come up solutions to our unique situations. Keep up the good work.

This app is the backbone of our multi location fulfilment business. It is also the only solution I found that enabled Shopify Managed Markets to work with custom locations, but is suitable for all Shopify plans.
It is HIGHLY configurable and will without any doubt meet your routing and fulfilment needs.
Support is extremely fast and responsive.
I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The app was very easy to set up and helps our business support both a local warehouse and drop ship business. The team are good with support but this is exclusively over email. Good value for money.

We have an extremely specific and complex use case for OFG building an order sharing system into the back end of our site, and were able with some work to make it work. We are happy with the results. Currently implementing some further improvements after a helpful one on one chat as well. Straightforward to use, and responsive support team.

Great support and great app. Have enabled us to connect with our fulfillment partners in a much more streamlined way. The freight mapping can be confusing as we can't just set a fixed rate for orders, but the team have been very helpful when we have a bunch of questions

I absolutely love this app! The app works exactly as described without any hiccups whatsoever. Im syncing products with other stores and the orders are flowing into their stores seamlessly. When installing, Kevin did a video call to help me set up the app which made it super simple. If I have any question whatsoever, Kevin and his team reply back within a few minutes. Highly recommended for any store owner doing dropship!
