OFG saved us during our busy holiday season! We had thousands of orders coming through Shopify that could not be properly split-fulfill between our two warehouses. We were having to manual update each one. OFG not only provided the application to automate the process but they provided fantastic customer service a long the way. we've been having problems routing orders for a product that needs to be fulfilled in 2 separate locations, I've created shipping zones but it's still not working properly. I talked to Shopify support several times in the last few months, we tried Flow but the issue persists. And I was told that there's just simply nothing that can be done.
So far, this app has resolved this issue. And it only took me less than 5 mins to program the order routing!

I absolutely love this app! The app works exactly as described without any hiccups whatsoever. Im syncing products with other stores and the orders are flowing into their stores seamlessly. When installing, Kevin did a video call to help me set up the app which made it super simple. If I have any question whatsoever, Kevin and his team reply back within a few minutes. Highly recommended for any store owner doing dropship!

This app gives us the potential to create easily manageable fulfillment strategies that would usually take far too many manhours to be practical. Support is very helpful. There are a few things about how it works that we'd like to see some changes to, at least as 'optional'. But overall, a fantastic tool with extraordinary functionality.
Assigning orders to different warehouses/locations in Shopify is surprisingly difficult (hopefully that changes in the future), but this app makes it possible and works well. More significantly, the support provided by Kevin is both very responsive and helpful in terms of solving problems that arise (between different 3PLs, shopify and the app, there's more complexity than one would think).
