I personally like this app but a feature doesn't work and I contacted the support, its been a week and still waiting for a god damn reply

Just installed the app. The support service answered my question very quickly. I hope that in the future there will be no problems. Have a nice working day to you guys!

Charging a $10 flat fee & 0,05$ per order is ridiculous. Read the small print before installing, lost a lot of money because of this app. be aware.

UPDATE: Rob got in touch and has issued a refund + discount, great customer service.

I would really recommend this product. Less customer problems. Lol. Great customer service.

One of the most common questions our customer service representatives get asked is "Where is my order? When will it arrive?" When we give the customer the power to view their shipment in real time, not only does our customer satisfaction increase, but our live chat representatives are freed up to handle other questions that may be more urgent. already using it with another store and is one of these apps you can't live without once you discover it, customers don't need to contact you to know where their order is and you have more time to dedicate in growing your business

Great app for me and the customers to find out about their orders. I know when I order something I always want to know the status of it.

Just started using the app, seems really easy and user friendly, Great work to everyone working on the app.

Simple, easy to install, easy to use app. Much needed for our site. We included a link to the order lookup page in our order confirmation emails too!
